	CONDIÇÕES GERAIS APLICÁVEIS A CONTRATO DE PATROCÍNIO COM VEÍCULAÇÃO DE PUBLICIDADE POR MEIO DE BANNER PELO PORTAL ("WEBSITE") DA SPBMA-SÃO PAULO BLUEGRASS MUSIC ASSOCIATION	GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR SPONSOR CONTRACT FOR PUBLICITY BROADCAST BY MEANS OF BANNERS THROUGH THE WEBSITE OF SPBMA-SÃO PAULO BLUEGRASS MUSIC ASSOCIATION
	SPBMA-SÃO PAULO BLUEGASS MUSIC ASSOCIATION S/C, com sede na cidade de Barueri , estado de São Paulo, na Alameda Rouxinol, 601, inscrita no CNPJ sob nº 01.314.297/0001-22, doravante designado "SPBMA", vem descrever neste instrumento e a seguir, para os fins de direito, as cláusulas e condições que irão reger os Contratos de Patrocínio com Veículação de Publicidade por meio de banner, doravante simplesmente denominado "CONTRATO", que a SPBMA fizer celebrar a partir desta data com cada "PATROCINADOR" e no âmbito dos quais este mesmo "PATROCINADOR", doravante assim designado, esteja credenciado à expôr a sua logomarca no portal ("website") da SPBMA, dentro da página reservada e dedicada exclusivamente aos seus patrocinadores. Nesse sentido, fica certo que estas exposições de logomarcas, assim veículadas, estarão subordinadas , também para todos os fins de direito, às cláusulas e condições a seguir e neste instrumento descritas :	SPBMA-SÃO PAULO BLUEGRASS MUSIC ASSOCIATION S/C, seated in the city of Barueri, in the São Paulo state of Brazil, at Alameda Rouxinol, 601, inscribed under CNPJ Nr. 01.316.297/0001-22, now below designated "SPBMA", is describing in this instrument to follow, for legal purpose, the clauses and conditions that will rule the Sponsor Contracts for Publicity Broadcast by means of Banners, now below designated "CONTRACT", which SPBMA will now celebrate, from this date onward, with each "SPONSOR" and within the scope of which this same "SPONSOR", so designated from now on, will receive credentials to expose his logomark at SPBMA's website, within a reserved page exclusively for their sponsors. In that sense, it is assured that these exposures of logomarks as they are shown, will be subordinated, also for all legal purpose, to the clauses and conditions here to follow and described in this instrument:
I	A inserção das logomarcas (banner chamativo eletrônico) será no formato estabelecido pela SPBMA, seguindo uma classificação em ordem alphanumérica por marca patrocidadora com até 5 logomarcas por linha e sempre respeitando as mesmas dimensões entre elas.	The insertion of the logo mark banners will be in the format established by SPBMA, following an alphabetic sort order by sponsor logos with up to 5 logomarks per line and always respecting the same dimensions amongst them.
II	Cada logomarca inserida terá um vínculo ("link") direto ao portal ("website") do respectivo PATROCINADOR.	Each inserted logomark banner will bear a direct link to the website of the respective SPONSOR
III	A imagem eletrônica de cada logomarca (banner) não poderá ser maior que 20kb, e deve estar em formato jpg ou gif, sem ser animada ou rotativa.	The image size of each logomark banner must not exceed 20kb and must be in jpg or gif format, not being animated nor rotative.
IV	O prazo mínimo de veículação, será de 60 dias, sendo os primeiros 30 dias iniciais de um novo contrato considerados uma oferta de cortesia da SPBMA. A vigência do contrato será indeterminada com prazo de 30 dias de aviso prévio para rescisão contratual para ambas as partes.	The minimum term for broadcast will be 60 days, whereof the first 30 days of a new contract will be considered a free gift courtesy from SPBMA. The term of the CONTRACT will be ongoing with a 30 days pre-advanced notice for withdrawal for each party.
V	A SPBMA garante a veiculação da publicidade em no máximo 12h após o cadastramento credênciado e confirmação do pagamento efetuado pelo PATROCINADOR.	SPBMA guarantees the publicity broadcast within maximum 12 hours after registration of credentials and after payment received from the SPONSOR
VI	O pagamento das cotas de patrocínio para veículação da publicidade contratada, deverão ser feita mensalmente com depósito na conta bancária da SPBMA, a especificar no CONTRATO.	The payment for the sponsorship quota for the publicity broadcast must be made monthly to SPBMA's bank account specified in the CONTRACT.
VII	A SPBMA se obriga a manter no ar o banner publicitário pelo prazo do CONTRATO em vigor. Numa situação de eventual falha do servidor, haverá, neste caso, a compensação pelo tempo que o banner do PATROCINADOR estiver off-line.	SPBMA is committed to maintain the logomark banner publicity on the air during the term of the CONTRACT in force. In a situation of eventual failures caused by the server, there will be a time compensation for the period in which the banner of the SPONSOR was kept off-line.
VIII	A SPBMA não se responsabiliza pelo conteúdo veículado no link do PATROCINADOR, ficando este último responsável por todo o conteúdo ali exibido.	SPBMA is not responsible for the contents of the SPONSOR's link page, where the latter keeps responsibility for the whole content there exhibited.
IX	O valor da cota básica mensal de patrocínio por logomarca é de R$ 100,00	The value of the basic monthly sponsorship quota per logo trade mark is R$ 100,00
X	O credenciamento do PATROCINADOR ao amparo destas CONDIÇÕES GERAIS se dará mediante aprovação do cadastro e o CONTRATO será formalizado pela SPBMA mediante comunicação via correio eletrônico (e-mail).	The credentials of the SPONSOR, ruled by these GENERAL CONDITIONS, will be subject to the registration approval and will be formalized by SPBMA thru written communication by e-mail.
XI	A SPBMA reserva-se ao direito de, a seu critério e a qualquer tempo, modificar, adicionar ou remover quaisquer cláusulas ou condições deste instrumento, comunicando ao PATROCINADOR, previamente, por correio eletrônico ("e-mail"), ou via postal, com antecedência mínima de 10 (dez) dias.	SPBMA will reserve their right to modify, add or remove any clause or conditions of this instrument, at any moment, with a previous communication in writing to the SPONSOR by either electronic or postal mail service with a 10 days' anticipation.
XII	As partes elegem o Foro da Comarca Barueri-SP como competente para dirimir quaisquer controvérsias oriundas do presente contrato, à exclusão de qualquer outro, por mais privilegiado que seja.	The parties elect the judiciary district of Barueri for settlement of any controversy originated by the contract, waivering any other district, irrespective of any privilege.
