de 100 BTB cada, que será resgatado exclusivamente para promover atividades de

Bluegrass Treasury Bill "BTB" is a money cash bond issued by SPBMA - The São Paulo
Bluegrass Music Association - in the format of a certificate in units of 100 BTB
each which is redeemable exclusively for promoting bluegrass music activities
with SPBMA. |

patrocinador de um evento bluegrass, após contribuir com "1 K" (= 1000 BTBs) de
patrocínio em dinheiro vivo, receberá da SPBMA um certificado de 100-BTN e permanecerá
o proprietário e futuro endossante, qualificado para resgatar seu certificado
em dinheiro junto a SPBMA, mediante endosso a favor do seu novo beneficiário (endossado)
indicado, devidamente qualificado e aprovado pela SPBMA, após a conclusão de um
novo patrocínio de 1K para um novo evento bluegrass. | Each
sponsor of a bluegrass event after contributing with "1 K" (=1000 BTBs) of sponsorship
cash value will receive from SPBMA a 100-BTB certificate and is becoming the owner
and future endorser qualified to redeem his certificate in cash from SPBMA by
endorsing it to his newly indicated beneficiary (endorsee) duly qualified and
approved by SPBMA after conclusion of a fresh 1K sponsorship for a new bluegrass
music event. |

certificado pode ter 6 endossantes e endossados em ordem de seqüência. Por razões
de conveniência, o último (sexto) endossado em qualquer certificado pode trocá-lo
com um novo certificado da SPBMA e se tornar assim o primeiro endossante para
uma nova seqüência de eventos bluegrass. | Each
certificate can have 6 endorsers and endorsees in sequential rows. For convenience
reasons, the last (6th) endorsee on any certificate can switch it with a new certificate
from SPBMA and become so the first endorser for a new sequence of bluegrass events. |

título de fácil referência e afim de não expor o BTB as especulações diárias dentro
de um mercado financeiro turbulento, seu valor unitário será cotado pela SBPMA
em reais brasileiros (R$) a um valor fixo durante o mês inteiro. | For
easy reference and in order to not expose the BTB to daily speculations within
a turbulent financial market, its unit value will be quoted by SPBMA in Brazilian
Real currency (R$) at a stable value fixed for the whole month. |
